The tube bundles and branch pipes are directly buried in the wall during wall construction, and the tube bundles are required to be bundled with adhesive tape, and PP Self Wrap Braided Sleeve are added at the wall entrance of the tube bundles; the tube bundles are built in a square shaft with the diameter of the tube bundle as the side length In the center, the inner shaft wall is flattened with materials that meet the fire protection level to ensure ventilation from top to bottom at the four corners, and vent holes are set at the top; the branch pipes are built in horizontal square grooves with the outer diameter of the pipe as the side length, and the inner wall is plastered to meet the fire protection level, which also guarantees The four corners of the interior are ventilated; when the wall is out of the wall, a box-type wall outlet is used to connect the mechanical sleeve elbow, and a hose of appropriate length is cut off to connect with the fixed embedded stove valve on the surface of the whole cabinet, and a fixed-length bellows is used to connect the stove.
(2) The installation method of wrapping tube placed in square PP Self Wrap Braided Sleeve:
During the construction of the wall building, pipe grooves are reserved on the outer surface of the wall. The depth of the pipe groove should be such that it can ensure that the outer surface of the PP Self wrap braided sleeve is on the same plane as the wall, and the width should be such that the PP can be placed. The self-wrapped braided sleeve shall prevail, and the pipe groove shall be smoothed with mortar conforming to the fire protection code, and the square PP self-wrapped braided sleeve shall be fixed (fixed with nails) to ensure that the outer surface of the groove is in contact with the wall.
The pipes should be fixed side by side in the pipe groove (with row clips), and the straight pipe section should be fixed with a fixed clip with expansion screws, and the fixed distance should be between 0.5 and 0.8 m; A steel casing should be added; after the acceptance is passed, use a white iron plate protective cover to closely combine with the groove, fix it with steel nails, and add a vent on the top of the tube bundle. The word "Natural Gas" is marked on the surface. When going out of the wall, a box-type wall outlet is used, connected with a mechanical sleeve elbow, and a hose of appropriate length is cut off to connect with the fixed embedded stove valve on the surface of the whole cabinet, and the stove is connected with a fixed-length bellows.
