How to use HVLS Fans and precautions

 1. The use process of HVLS Fans

①Check before starting up: Before turning on the hvls fans, first check whether there are tall rods directly below the Logistic Center HVLS fan or temporary storage items above the industry. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that no foreign objects will collide with the blades before opening the Logistic Center Hvls Fan.

②Turn on the Logistic Center Hvls Fan: first turn the isolating switch of the electrical control box to the on position. Generally, turn the forward/reverse knob to the forward position, and then start to adjust the speed control knob. After the Logistic Center Hvls Fan reaches the adjusted speed range value in about two minutes, adjust the speed control knob to a fixed position according to the requirements of the application.
③ Close the Logistic Center Hvls Fan: When turning off the HVLS Fans, you need to turn the speed control knob counterclockwise to a smaller value, and then adjust the forward/reverse knob to 0. Generally, 0 is set in the middle position. Turn the isolation switch to off to complete the shutdown action.

① It is forbidden to set the frequency converter at will: It is recommended not to allow employees to open the electrical box to set the parameters of the frequency converter at will, because the parameters are set in strict accordance with the conditions of use of the Logistic Center Hvls Fan. If they are set randomly, it will directly affect the use of the Logistic Center Hvls Fan.
②Avoid frequent starting: Some people are used to starting from low-speed gear. This method is wrong. It should be started from high-speed gear to reduce the number of fan start-ups, because frequent starting will cause the motor to overheat and shorten the service life of the Logistic Center Hvls Fan.
③Avoid continuous operation: It is recommended to stop the HVLS Fans for a while after continuous operation for 2 to 3 hours to avoid damage caused by overheating of the motor.
④ Pay attention to check the oil level: HVLS Fans are high-speed operating parts, so check the lubricating oil level before starting the machine again to ensure that the oil level should be on the red line.
⑤ Pay attention to avoid leakage: Generally, the insulation performance of the product itself meets the relevant requirements, but it needs to be checked regularly during use, and preventive measures should be taken to avoid leakage due to insulation damage caused by aging during use.
