Chuke Intelligent Ships High-Power Handheld Fiber Laser Marking Machines to Turkish Traders!
On April 29, 2026, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.—a manufacturer of advanced marking solutions holding certifications such as ISO, CE, FDA, and RoHS—shipped a batch of high-power handheld fiber laser marking systems to a laser marking machine distributor located in Turkey. This batch of equipment is ultimately destined for an end-customer in Africa, who has extremely stringent requirements for portable, high-efficiency marking on stainless steel surfaces.
The African customer had previously evaluated various small handheld laser marking machines currently popular online, the power outputs of which typically range from 20W to 50W. However, the marking efficiency of these low-to-medium power systems fell far short of the customer's expectations. The customer specifically requested a portable laser system capable of producing a pure black—or nearly pure black—marking effect on stainless steel surfaces.
During the Canton Fair, the Chongqing Chuke team demonstrated the marking efficiency of a 30W handheld laser marking machine on-site; however, the customer was not satisfied with the results. Subsequently, the Chuke engineering team carefully re-evaluated the customer's application requirements and produced samples demonstrating the marking efficiency of systems ranging from 100W to 500W. Based on this data-driven assessment, Chuke recommended a solution centered around JPT's latest 300W air-cooled M7 laser source (Model: YDFLP E3 300 M7 M R), paired with two interchangeable quartz field lenses: a 100mm × 100mm lens for fine marking and a 300mm × 300mm lens for large-area processing.
The customer's actual budget was sufficient to purchase the 500W M7 laser from the same series. However, the physical dimensions of that laser source exceeded the size constraints of standard compact machine enclosures. Even if a custom-made compact cabinet were utilized, the overall weight of the machine would increase significantly, thereby directly compromising the customer's core requirement for portability. Following extensive consultation, Chuke and the client jointly decided to adopt a 300W configuration, which strikes an optimal balance between high power output and practical handheld usability.
Chongqing Chuke Intelligent provided the client with two distinct marking processes for achieving high-contrast, dark markings on stainless steel: deep-gray deep engraving and pure-black marking via defocused annealing. Upon receiving the laser marking machine, the client will conduct practical testing to make their final selection regarding the preferred process.
