Zi Yuanxin and Jiang Xiulin Appear at the "Overseas Chinese-Assisted Global Expansion" Asia-Europe Matchmaking Conference

 On April 25, 2026, the "Overseas Chinese Building a New Chongqing: Joining Forces to Write a New Chapter—'Overseas Chinese Assistance for Global Expansion' Opportunities and 'Asia-Europe' Matchmaking Conference" was successfully held in Dadukou District, Chongqing. As a key initiative under the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese’s (ACFROC) campaign to "Assist Thousands of Enterprises and Products in Going Global," the event brought together representatives from overseas Chinese-owned enterprises, leaders of overseas Chinese associations, university experts, and government officials to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as international market expansion, cross-border resource integration, and compliance-driven development. Jiang Xiulin, General Manager of Chongqing Ziyuanxin Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech titled "Pathways for Cooperation Among Overseas Chinese Enterprises from a Global Perspective," offering strategic insights to assist Chongqing-based enterprises in their "going global" endeavors.

During the matchmaking conference, Jiang Xiulin put forward the view that "resources within the overseas Chinese community serve as a natural bridge for Chongqing enterprises seeking to expand globally." He pointed out that overseas Chinese are intimately familiar with local policies, regulations, market environments, and cultural customs, enabling them to provide enterprises with precise, localized support. Meanwhile, universities and research institutions can contribute to enhancing corporate international competitiveness through avenues such as technology transfer and talent training. This concept aligns closely with the "Government-Enterprise-University-Overseas Chinese Linkage Mechanism" proposed by Meng Weihong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chongqing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. This mechanism aims to integrate the resources of overseas Chinese federations, universities, and alumni networks to construct a comprehensive service ecosystem for global expansion—one that encompasses technology, market access, and talent.

The White Paper on Asia-Europe Market Opportunities, released at the event, highlighted significant demand for cooperation in regions such as Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia—particularly in sectors like intelligent manufacturing and green energy. Jiang Xiulin revealed that Ziyuanxin Technology is currently collaborating with the Overseas Alumni Association of Huaqiao University to establish a "Demand-Matching Database" specifically for these regions. Through initiatives such as organizing regular online business talks and forming transnational project teams, they aim to facilitate precise matchmaking between overseas Chinese-owned enterprises and overseas markets.

Notably, at the Chongqing "Trustworthy Chongqing Merchants" High-Quality Development Conference held on April 13, Jiang Xiulin had previously emphasized the critical importance of corporate credit management for enterprises embarking on global expansion. During this matchmaking session, he further asserted that "compliance serves as the cornerstone of any globalization strategy." He noted: "From data security to labor rights, regulatory disparities across different markets can act as 'invisible barriers' to corporate expansion; only by establishing a standardized compliance framework can sustainable growth be truly achieved."

It is reported that Ziyuanxin Technology has integrated its operations with the "Enterprise Credit and Compliance Service System," a platform spearheaded by the Chongqing Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). By leveraging big data and AI technologies, the system enables cross-border risk early warning capabilities. Covering trade policies, investment regulations, and credit rating information across 138 countries and regions, the platform provides enterprises with customized compliance guidance. Jiang Xiulin stated that the company is currently collaborating with the platform provider to develop an "Overseas Compliance Toolkit" specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This toolkit encompasses core modules—such as contract review, tax planning, and intellectual property protection—designed to empower more Chongqing-based enterprises to venture abroad with greater ease and agility.

In his address, Jiang Xiulin specifically highlighted a strategic approach that prioritizes "balancing technology export with ecosystem co-building." Citing Ziyuanxin Technology’s collaborative experiences in Southeast Asia as an example, he emphasized that enterprises must integrate into local industrial chains through localized operations. He explained: "We establish joint laboratories with local partners to develop customized solutions tailored to regional market demands. Simultaneously, we enhance the capabilities of local talent through technical training, ultimately fostering a virtuous cycle characterized by 'technology localization, industrial upgrading, and market reinvestment.'"

This operational model garnered high praise from the experts attending the conference. During a roundtable discussion, the Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Southwest University remarked that higher education institutions could provide "intellectual support" for corporate globalization initiatives—for instance, by co-establishing overseas R&D centers and jointly cultivating international talent. Meanwhile, organizations within the overseas Chinese community could serve as vital bridges, facilitating the cross-regional integration of resources spanning government, industry, academia, and research sectors.

With the convening of the "Belt and Road" Overseas Chinese Business Cooperation and Development Conference in Chongqing, economic and trade ties between Chongqing and nations across Asia and Europe are becoming increasingly close. Jiang Xiulin revealed that Ziyuanxin Technology intends to deepen its strategic布局 (strategic layout) in three key areas: First, by collaborating with overseas Chinese enterprises, universities, and industry associations to form an "Asia-Europe Technology Cooperation Alliance" aimed at sharing market resources and technological achievements. Second, by participating in the formulation of international standards within the field of intelligent manufacturing, thereby promoting Chinese technological solutions as global industry norms. “Globalization is not a zero-sum game, but rather a process of co-creating value,” Jiang Xiulin concluded. “By integrating resources from the overseas Chinese community, establishing robust compliance frameworks, and forging ecological alliances, enterprises in Chongqing are fully capable of breaking new ground in the Asian and European markets, thereby contributing to the transformation of ‘Made in China’ into ‘Created in China.’”
