 Recently, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Given the client's specific 3000W application scenario, the superior stability of the MAX Laser source emerged as the optimal choice, ensuring that the equipment maintains high efficiency and stability during long-term operation.

The client had previously considered upgrading to an automated platform laser welding system to reduce the maintenance costs associated with a team of professional welders. However, the client produces a wide variety of exhaust pipe models and specifications, with relatively small production batch sizes—particularly for models supplied to export-oriented motorcycle brands, where production volumes are limited. Under these production conditions, fully automated welding is difficult to implement; consequently, skilled manual operation remains the most optimal solution at present, thanks to its inherent flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
