 Recently, four belt scales supplied by Chongqing Hengbiao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengbiao Technology") completed commissioning in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, and have officially entered service. These units serve the continuous conveying stage of a sand and gravel aggregate production line. Currently, the scales are operating stably, with measurement data meeting on-site control requirements and providing reliable, real-time data support for daily production.

The four belt scales are equipped with 4G wireless transmission modules, enabling real-time cloud uploading of weighing data and online monitoring of equipment status, as well as supporting remote viewing and maintenance management. Managers can monitor measurement data, equipment operation, and anomaly alerts via the backend system without visiting the site, significantly boosting operational efficiency. Furthermore, wireless transmission eliminates the need for on-site cabling, reducing both installation and long-term maintenance costs—making the system ideally suited for the complex operating environments typical of the sand and gravel industry.

Upgraded from the traditional single-idler structure, the equipment features a dual-idler support design that extends the effective weighing zone. This enhances adaptability to conditions such as conveyor belt mistracking and idler runout while maintaining high measurement accuracy. Compared to multi-idler models, this equipment is lighter, easier to install, and requires less maintenance, making it highly suitable for small-to-medium-scale bulk material conveying applications. Following extensive trial runs and accuracy testing, the equipment has demonstrated stable operation and precise data, earning unanimous approval from the client.
